Spicy Raw Mango Pacchadi


1 big raw mango
3/4th tsp red chilli powder
3/4th tsp asafoetida
1tsp salt
1 tsp coconut oil
METHOD:
Wash raw mango. If skin is too thick lightly peel it. Discard the seeds. Chop the mango  finely. Add red chilli powder, asafoetida, salt & coconut oil. Mix properly. Serve.
